Zig Ziglar once said: “Be careful not to compromise what you want most for what you want now”. Is there something else that you should be doing right now? Working on a project? Studying for a test? Putting away that load of laundry that’s been in the dryer for two days? If the answer is yes- you’re in good company.

Spinach And Cheese Quiche

If you’ve never tried quiche- you’re seriously missing out! Don’t let the fancy name scare you- it’s basically the better version of an omelet. I don’t even like eggs, but I will never turn down a good quiche! It’s super easy to make, and you probably already have most of the ingredients at home. It’s the perfect dish for breakfast or to bring to a brunch.

I would like to start off by prefacing that this book was very emotionally heavy and might be too much for sensitive readers. It delves into topics such as self-harm, suicide, and mental disorders.

The English language is full of nods to the many ways weather can affect mood, energy, and even mental functioning. “Rainy day blues.” “Sunny disposition.” “A face like thunder.” “Under the weather.” But the correlation between the weather and your mood isn’t as simple as you might think.
