Yes, I know the title is a mouthful, but this dessert is actually super easy to make and there’s no baking required! It’s a chilled cheesecake-like dessert with various layers topped with fresh strawberries. The most difficult part of making this dessert is impatiently waiting for it to set in the fridge. Between being chilled and having a fresh strawberry flavor, this is the perfect dish for Spring!
