For many, Lubbock is just a hop, skip and a jump away. Most of us have also visited Lubbock multiple times in search of something fun to do, and it can be easy to get in the routine of eating at the same places and visiting the same stops.

While summer break is easily one of the best times of the year, it’s not immune from cabin fever. For some, a three-month break can look like eating popsicles and catching a tan.
