If you’ve read any of my other recipes, you know by now that I am a huge fan of anything chocolate. Well for this recipe, I will always make an exception. They’re crisp on top, perfectly soft and even a little gooey in the center, and studded with oats and butterscotch chips. Just pure dessert perfection.
