There are so many different ways that people around the world celebrate this holiday season. As for me and my family, we celebrate Christmas, but even then, every family celebrates differently.

The Capitol is harsh and cruel and keeps the districts in line by forcing them all to send one boy and one girl between the ages of twelve and eighteen to participate in the annual Hunger Games, a fight to the death on live TV.

What would Christmas be without fudge? This classic holiday treat is a must for any Christmas party. It’s easy to make and tastes delicious. Plus, it’s a great way to add a festive touch to any holiday gathering.

The Nutcracker is a well known symbol of Christmas as well as one of my favorite decorations. When I was a kid, my mom, sister, aunts, cousins, and I went to watch the Nutcracker Ballet in Lubbock, and it was a memory that I’ll never forget.

Christmas means a lot of things- spending time with family, friends, baking cookies, shopping, and decluttering. Growing up that was the case for me, anyways.

When I was a kid, my Großmama would invite me and my cousins over to make these turtles around Christmas time. They’re so easy to make, which means your kids can feel helpful in the kitchen.
