Measurable Rains Recorded in Seminole Sunday

Official rainfall totals in the Seminole community ranged from 0.04 inches northeast of Seminole to 0.18 inches at the Gaines County Airport on Sunday, as isolated thunderstorms made their presence known within the region.

Isolated showers and thunderstorms are possible again on Monday, according to forecasters with the National Weather Service’s Midland regional office, otherwise, the area will see mostly sunny skies, with a high near 94. Light south wind becoming southeast 5 to 10 mph in the morning.
 
Monday’s chance of precipitation is 10-percent, according to NWS forecasters.
