Howard Moorefield

Memorial services for Howard Moorefield of Seminole will be held Saturday, April 13, 2024 at Boyer Funeral Home at 1:30 p.m. with Josh Jones officiating. All services are under the direction of Boyer Funeral Home.

Howard Moorefield age 71 of Seminole, was born in Fort Stockton to Naomi (Harvey) and Ben Moorefield. He married Sandra Jean Long in Lovington, New Mexico on December 3, 1973. Howard had worked in the oil field for many years. He enjoyed stamp collecting, rock collecting, hiking, and hunting for arrowheads. He also enjoyed his many animals throughout the years. Howard was a firm believer in the Lord, and always wanted to share his love and beliefs with everyone he met. Howard was an extraordinary person who always claimed to be illiterate, but actually Howard was a very bright and witty man; he made many friends anywhere he went. If anyone deserves a place in heaven, it sure was Howard Moorefield. He was kind, loving, and had a giving heart, whether it was of material items to pass along, or just the word of the Lord. Howard wanted to give something to everyone. He will be missed greatly.

Howard passed away peacefully at his home in Seminole, and joined his wife, Sandra Moorefield in heaven March 17, 2024. He is now rejoicing with his Lord and Savior.
