Seminole ISD Administrators Receive Contract Renewals

The contracts for 21 Seminole ISD Administrators were renewed for an additional year on Monday evening, following an annual evaluation process conducted by members of the SISD Board of Trustees.

The evaluations were conducted during an executive session in last Monday’s regular monthly meeting of the SISD Board of Trustees.

Seminole EMS’ Pointer Awarded ‘Paramedic of the Year’ Honor by SPEMS

LUBBOCK — A 5 1/2 year veteran paramedic of the Seminole EMS Dept. was recently named “Paramedic of the Year” by members of the South Plains EMS (SPEMS) Association at their annual conference held Feb. 6 at Texas Tech University’s Health Sciences Center.

Seminole Council Approves ‘No Cell Phone’ Ordinance for SISD School Zones

Students in and around the Seminole Independent School District’s campuses will be afforded an extra level of protection following a unanimous vote by the Seminole City Council on Monday evening at City Hall.
